An offer of financial products to a wholesale investor must comply with at least one of the following:
- Investors who are family, or close business associates of the directors of Classic Capital (Matthew Lagerberg and Peter Cooney), or
- Investors investing at least $750,000 (which must be payable in full on acceptance of the offer), or
- Investors with net assets of over $5m, or
Investors with previous investor experience that can provide eligible investor certificates.
